		<description>How much capital do you have to invest?  If you&#039;re working on a shoestring budget I would go with something like getafreelancer.    But beware,individuals on there are usually an in-and-out operation &amp; most aren&#039;t interested in code integrity or scalability but instead timelines &amp; moving onto the next project.  So chances are if you pay little you&#039;re going to get what you pay for.  
Otherwise, there are plenty of good web design firms who can create for you a search engine friendly website.  But for something like this, expect a starting price of around $5-6k for a good firm.
