Can You Start A Website For Free?
I know that there are places like Microsoft that allow you to create a free webpage, not having to pay for the domain name or to put it on their servers (which can be easily $30 per month I think!). Is there any downside to using Microsoft? Any limitations? Am I allowed to start an affiliate website using a free option from them or is that against some rule? Any & all suggestions welcome!

You should not use a Free Host. The price you pay for most standar hosts is about 4-5 dollars per month & the cost is totally worth it. For more information take a look at this article:http://website-creation-tips.com/index.p…

Remember you always get what you pay for when it comes to free, there is always some sort of catch to it.
I’ve been designing sites for years now & I would like to recommend DotNetNuke (aka DNN). http://www.DotNetNuke.com I have been using this website application now for almost 3 years & it’s very simple & easy to use & is packed with 20+ core modules. There are also thousands & thousands of 3rd party modules to purchase as well.
