Powerpoint-like Web Design Software?

I am new to web design & have to create a website for me & my local organization but do not know how or where to begin. I do have MS Frontpage 2003, but it is rather difficult to do what I want to do. I am very comfortable using PowerPoint & MS Word, & want to know if there is web design software out there that works similarly to MS PP. What other software out there will let me work as effortlessly as PowerPoint does when I create my website?
Thank you.

    Growl says:

Easy but dirty solution: Create your page in OpenOffice Writer & save as .html. It can produce a nice looking page but the html has a lot of extraneous code.
Better: Use a free WYSIWYG editor such at Trellian.
In either case, you will run into limitations if you try to develop complex sites. Then you could use DreamWeaver or learn to code in html. I use CoffeeCup html editor.

Do NOT use FrontPage, Word or OpenOffice. These really are not web page makers although FrontPage disguises itself as such.
